📋 PAYMENT MILESTONES
• Initial Deposit: $500 CAD (NON-REFUNDABLE after 30 days from payment)
• Second Payment: $2,700 CAD (Due 90 days before departure)
• Final Payment: $2,000 CAD (Due 30 days before departure)
 
➕ AVAILABLE ADD-ONS
• Single Occupancy Supplement: Additional $600 CAD (Please contact the tour organizer directly to arrange and add this to your invoice).
 
🧳 TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Accommodations: Shared occupancy during sightseeing and travel. A private single room is fully included during the 7-night Yeoju workshop stay.
• Flights: International airfare is NOT included in the tour package.
• Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
• Physical Activity: Tour includes walking, stairs, navigating uneven surfaces, and active workshop participation.
• Luggage & Shipping: Participants are responsible for any excess baggage fees or pottery shipping costs back home.
• Requirements: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates. Emergency contact information must be provided before departure.
• Dietary Needs: Food allergies and restrictions will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
 
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
• Your initial deposit of $500 CAD becomes strictly NON-REFUNDABLE 30 days after your payment date.
• Any cancellation made within 30 days prior to the tour departure results in a 50% cancellation fee.
